Enquiry privacy notice

This notice applies to enquiries submitted to jxinspect through this website.

We collect the company, email and enquiry you provide, plus any optional die dimensions and thickness, to respond, share specifications and discuss sample evaluation. Please do not include unrelated sensitive information.

Enquiries are stored on our server and accessed by authorised staff. Notifications are sent to our business mailbox through Tencent Exmail. We do not publish or sell your enquiries.

To prevent abuse, we use a browser session identifier and a one-way digest of the access source for rate limiting. These records are retained for up to 24 hours and cleaned on subsequent requests. Frequent submissions require an image check bound to that submission, valid for 5 minutes. Expired checks are cleaned on subsequent requests.

We retain enquiries only as needed for your enquiry and follow-up, with periodic staff review. Deleted enquiries can be restored from the recycle bin until permanently deleted. Existing backups rotate after 30 days; sent email copies must be removed separately from the business mailbox.
